No. You can start billing today with Non-GST mode — no GSTIN required. When you register for GST later (full registration or Composition Scheme), just update one setting and Dashboard switches automatically. All your previous bills stay unchanged.

When you complete a bill and the customer wants to pay via UPI, Dashboard generates a unique QR code with the exact bill amount pre-filled. The customer scans it with any UPI app — PhonePe, GPay, Paytm — and the correct amount is automatically entered. No manual typing, no checking your phone, no sound box needed. Every transaction has its own QR so there is no confusion between bills.
No. Your existing Android phone is all you need to run Dashboard fully — billing, dashboard, GST reports, everything. A Bluetooth thermal printer (₹2,000–4,000), barcode scanner, or tablet are all optional additions you can consider later if your business needs them. Many store owners run the full system from a single phone.
Any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer — 58mm or 80mm paper width. Popular models like GOOJPRT PT-210, Xprinter XP-P323B, and MUNBYN are tested and confirmed working. You can also generate A4 or A5 PDF invoices without a printer.
